When will I receive my order?
Our family practice in California is excited to fulfill your order. All orders are hand-packed by order with care. We will pack up your order and get it out the door within 2 business days. In total, it takes 1-2 business days for us to pack and ship, and then 1-3 business days to be delivered anywhere within the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and outside the United States is subject to additional transit time.
Please note: From time to time, storms or other delays outside of our control create delays in delivery times. We appreciate your patience.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship domestically to the contiguous 48 United States. Please contact us directly for orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and orders outside the United States. We ship from California where the product was made.
How do I return my order?
How do I return my order?
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
